Sequence One

I’d run it in this sequence:

  • Dial in the robot itself. Finish the bloodline/compiler architecture and get the doctrine organized: Chimba truth → Hormozi → sales → persuasion → advertising/copy → voice → eventually VOC. This establishes what every downstream blueprint gets to know.

  • Create the LinkedIn-copy blueprint and compile the existing LinkedIn material into Brand Knowledge. Do this early because the content-calendar robot should be planning with the actual Chimba positioning, claims, arguments, CTAs, objections, and existing LinkedIn thinking available to it—not rediscovering them every time.

  • Dial in the pinned-post content calendar. Treat this almost like a campaign rather than ordinary posting. The pinned posts are the permanent conversion infrastructure. They should deliberately move somebody from “who the hell is this?” through understanding Chimba, proof, offer, qualification, and action.

  • Dial in the normal social content-calendar generator. I like your distinction between Day 1 and Week X. Day 1 should assume an empty/new presence and deliberately establish the account. Week X should assume the foundation exists and operate continuously: education, proof, problems, objections, demonstrations, founder/build-in-public material, offers, etc.

  • Dial in the social-post formatting blueprint. This is downstream of the idea/calendar. Calendar decides what needs to be communicated; formatting decides how that idea becomes a platform-ready artifact. LinkedIn shouldn't simply receive the same blob as Reddit/Medium/etc.

  • Run Yin/Yang and generate the actual batch. At this point we're no longer designing hypothetical machinery. Feed it the Day 1 calendar and Week X calendar and see what comes out.

  • Mobile-edit test. This is an important acceptance criterion rather than an afterthought: you should be able to open the production queue on your phone, read the finished artifact, make a small human edit if necessary, approve/post, and move on. If you're routinely rewriting 40% of posts on mobile, the factory isn't dialed in yet.
